1. Processing Times

• Ready-to-Wear Collections: Orders for in-stock, ready-to-wear items are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.
• Custom Designs & Made-to-Order: For bespoke tailoring and custom design pieces, the processing time can vary between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the embroidery and craftsmanship required. We will provide an estimated timeline during the consultation process.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer reliable shipping across India through our trusted courier partners. Standard delivery generally takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost during checkout. We provide free standard shipping on domestic orders above a certain value, as indicated on our website.

3. International Shipping

Aara Vastraayan proudly ships worldwide. International shipping times typically range from 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Aara Vastraayan has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we partner with reliable courier services, unforeseen delays (such as weather conditions or transit issues) can sometimes occur. If your order is significantly delayed or you suspect it is lost, please contact our support team. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Address Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Once shipped, we cannot reroute the package.
